 Hey everyone!

This is my first and probably the last work at this site. Writing a blog has never been my thing. The reason may be the fact that I have nothing interesting to serve, nevertheless, I'll give it a try and do my best about it.

13th of March, 2001 was the day I was born in. I was born, raised, and am still living in Turkey. I never leave this country, but as my interest about culture and languages increases, I've started to plan going places I've never seen, I want to see, or perhaps I want to live in. As I have an interest on language, I study ELT (English Language Teaching) at Marmara University, Istanbul. To be honest, I once wanted to be an interpreter at a publisher, and I went to university with that idea in my mind, but once I saw what being a teacher is, and what I can change about others' lives, I've decided I want to be a teacher.

My interest about language, as it should be guessed easily, affected my whole lifestyle. My diet, ideas, the way I speak... But, there's one thing that I know that it was always with me and never changed: I always loved learning. I learnt how to be healthy and happy about my body, how I can color my days, how I can be successful at making people happy. I do not want to make it really long or else it would be boring to read. I love exercise, eating healthy, Kdrama, anime, medivial music, and games. Oh my lord, games...

Creating A Poster

 We all must have thought making our own movie, magazine, book or something like that. Imagine you're making it true. I can't say I always wanted to make something like that but creating a poster for a magazine is really entertaining. Although I designed mine via an online site, Canva, deciding what kind of poster it'll be is fun. I chose a simple topic for that. I thought making something like a science magazine would be a great idea, so I tried to make something about animals. It would be a science magazine focusing on the world of animals. There are animal rights and most people do not know about them. My magazine may cause an awareness, that's a reason for making it as well. As for this method of teaching, I want to say that anything that is both entertaining an informative must be a method of teaching. Everyone wants to learn something, but the obstacle is learning that in a boring way. Making posters about anything that people like might make a great difference. I...

Infographics and Learning

I find it fairly useful when you teach people.Infographics are one of the easiest way to teach people about something. You see in classes, internet sites, everywhere. And they are so organized that you cannot help reading. I know that. So, I think it's a good way to teach things in class. Not only making it helps a lot, but evaluating, seeing those works have benefits also. They are just like summaries but with a lot of information. Using pictures, key words, and brief explanations make learning inevitable . Students can learn lots of words from it while learning the whole context at the same time. Shortly, in a place where qualified learning happens, infographics are good resources. It might not be a must, but it is quite obvious that it can help a lot.  COVID-19 AND WHAT IT DID TO EDUCATION - HF
